• Age restriction: as from ages 3 and up
• Safety: All participants must be physically fit enough to undertake the activity.
• What to bring: sportswear, closed-toed shoes, water and sunscreen and a swim suit for the water activities (optional).

• Activities are still carried out under rain unless the safety of the participants is compromised.
