Conditions
West Coast Marina Price Conditions:
- A security deposit of Rs 25,000 is required upon check-in. This may be deducted from the latter within 30 days of departure against any breakages, excessive cleaning or loss to property. Should the value of broken items exceed the security deposit, The Company reserves the right to claim any excess to the guest.
- Bookings made more than 15 days prior to check-in are subject to Price Change or Cancellation.
- The property has a zero-tolerance policy for noise and misconduct. The property has the right to evict guests or take action against them.
- Baby cot and high chairs can be organised without any supplement but are subject to availability.
- Early check-ins and late check-outs can be secured against a supplement, except during PEAK season, where the supplement is equivalent to the cost of one (1) full night.
- A valid Mauritian National Identity Card or residence permit should be presented upon check-in. Failure to do so will entitle the Hotel to charge the current public rate.
- Price may vary between days, months and seasons (See Calendar for price for specific date
- Complimentary housekeeping services are provided every third day, excluding Sundays and Public Holidays, with the service rescheduled to the preceding day.
- Except on Sundays and Public Holidays, daily housekeeping services are provided at an additional charge.

- Less than 7 days prior to guest’s arrival = 100% cancellation fee will be charged.
- 15 to 7 days prior to guest’s arrival = 50% cancellation fee will be charged.

Good location and modern Liked: Own pool, nice quiet location...Management very helpful sorting out problems. Penthouse nice with heated pool and all en-suite rooms a great benefit when sharing accomm. Disliked: Cleanliness and some maintenance issues . Stair lighting problems very dark at night.

This place is very peaceful and relaxed. It's clean and tidy and an overall great experience. The views in the morning and evening are amazing and it's very quiet. Highly recommended especially for couples looking to find a little bit of peace and quiet.

All is perfect from the beginning of the booking. Warm welcome from Mr Viknesh, that shows you the apartment. Beautiful bright and spacious apartment with all what you can need. There are 2 wide bedrooms with a private bathroom and big comfortable beds. Well equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, wash dishes and washing machine. Wonderful terrace with barbecue where you can enjoy your dinner. All around is quiet and peaceful. You can relax in the beautiful pool near the restaurant looking at the black river. The house is equipped with towels for the pools area. We highly recommend this apartment, it is the perfect place for those who want to explore the nature of this beautiful island or for those who need to relax and regenerate.
Amazing apartment, fully equipped, we were 2 persons and i can say that was big for us,very spacious, one bedroom we didn’t even use. Housekeeping everyday, except Sunday, the manager was very kind, welcomed us and explained everything, he came to look for us after a few days to check if everything was good with our stay. Very nice restaurant and pool, perfect for having coffee in the morning, or chilling in the evening with a cocktail. Recommended for longer stay, definitely I will come back. No beach close by, recommend to have a car to move around, nice beaches are like 10-20 min driving.
