Built in 1819, the Saint Aubin Residence stands as a graceful testimony to the architectural aesthetics of the colonial era. Originally the home of the owners of the sugar plantations, it is today acknowledged as part of our national architectural heritage. The house has been turned into the Saint Aubin restaurant serving local and authentic cuisine.
All products are fresh, since they come from the area and its surroundings. The fruits and vegetables come from the local market or from the vegetable patch, the palm kernel is picked directly from the property's gardens.
The Saint Aubin Restaurant provides you with a remarkable dining experience in the most idyllic setting. It is also open for special events; birthdays, seminars, end of year parties and weddings.

We took the menu included with the tour. It was really very good! Very warm welcome and very nice staff. The place is very beautiful! We highly recommend it!

Really like this restaurant with the superb surroundings and garden. The service is excellent and caring. I wrongly ordered my meal and it was immediately replaced and not charged. I definitely would recommend this place and please remain as you are with your excellent level of service. And the food is top.

Lunch stop...perfect place
Unexpected lunch stop at le saint aubin. In the back yard rum factory...manual work...on the patio perfect lunch...we even got a free banana desert. This never have happened to us....big thum up for the team

Had our lunch at the st Aubin restaurant on the 2nd day.... Very satisfied with the menu... Had burger for my sis n a sizzling lamb for me.... The staff were really caring.. Assuring everything is OK... Loved our lunch there... Definitely recommend it...

Beautiful surroundings, good food
The veranda of the old colonial house is a lovely place to chill out, there is also a playground for the kids, so everyone was happy going there. We went there twice in 10 days, every time ending up staying much longer than expected because we didn't want rush the experience. The curries are good, the signature dish "chicken in vanilla sauce" is a bit special, you either love it or not.
