Shower is mandatory before any treatment.
The Spa reserves the right to refuse treatment to any guest if skin problems are present.
Mauritian ID card or Resident permit must be shown upon arrival.
It is recommended to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment time. Late arrival may result in your treatment time being reduced.
If you are pregnant or suffer from any health issues, please inform us so that we can help you choose the most appropriate treatment.
Clients are requested to bring their own towels.

Your booking will be processed depending on the preferred date or as an open spa voucher (valid for 90 days)
Once payment is completed, a Booking Confirmation will be sent by email. Reservation is not finalised until payment is complete. Please allow 24 hours for your booking to process.

Calendar Date Booking

Should the date not be available, an alternate date will be proposed by the spa.
In the rare event that your preferred date is not available, Deals.mu will offer you an alternate option or you can choose to redeem your spa voucher within 90 days.

Voucher Booking

Spa Vouchers are immediately confirmed and are valid for any date within 90 days of purchase.
Reservation requests can be done either via the Deals.mu customer service team or directly with the service provider (their details will appear on the booking confirmation)
