Booking Conditions
The Oberoi Beach Resort Mauritius - Conditions:
- A valid Mauritian National Identity Card or residence permit should be presented upon check-in (one per room on guest’s name).
- The whole stay and all guests of the same booking must be booked on the same plan basis
- Rates are non-refundable, applicable for Mauritian only and are in Mauritian Rupees (Rs).
- Price may vary between days, months and seasons (See Calendar for price for specific date)
- Kindly note that if you are booking more than 2 Rooms, it is the client's responsibility to call us on 269-1500 to confirm the availability.
- No shows will result in a 100% cancellation fee and no rescheduling will be allowed by the hotel.

- One infant (0 to 3years) can stay in the parent's room without any additional charge. One Baby cot will be placed in the room at no additional charge.
- One child (0-12 years) can stay in the parents' room and one Extra Bed will be placed in the room.
- Child (0-12 years) staying in the parents’ room receives complimentary breakfast and dinner.
Cancellation Policy

- For cancellations within 30 days prior to the date of arrival - 50% of the applicable rate for the entire period of reservation will apply.
- For Last minute cancellation - a cancellation charge of 100% of the applicable rate for the entire period of reservation will apply.
- For “No-Shows” a cancellation charge of 100% of the applicable rate for the entire period of reservation will apply.

The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous villas with private pool, breathtaking views, super spa treatments and fantastic food prepared by very talented chefs. High quality service from all the staff, in fact the General Manager and his team went over and beyond to help make my stay enjoyable and truly memorable - the atmosphere is so special that it really felt like home to me. A very heart warming experience was that during the turndown service they have framed the picture of my family which I had placed on the night table. A little tip: don’t miss the rum tasting of Kenny at the Main Bar (that by the way has fantastic music each night of very talented Mauritian musicians) and you’ll discover unbelievable tastes! The whole resort is BEAUTIFUL! The flowers, garden, waterfall, all AMAZING! You are in paradise here. There are different parts of beaches and swimming pools available, all gorgeous to the very last detail! The room we stayed in was also fantastic. Breakfast was wonderful - sitting in the open-walled Dining Room looking out to the water. Food was also wonderful. Breakfast is a meal I normally do not care about, but this food was not to be missed! French Toast Brioche with Cooked Bananas on top; Dosa filled with Potatoes;... the list goes on (there is a menu in addition to the standard Buffet items).

The property was beautiful and the beach was pristine. The staff were wonderful and made us feel at home. Two of us are vegetarians and they saw to it that we even had vegetarian omakase. Kudos to all of them for making our trip memorable

We chose this hotel because of the pool villa. It was as spectacular as we hoped it would be, and was set in its own lush and sizeable garden. The grounds are absolutely stunning and beautifully manicured. The food is also of an excellent standard, and we really enjoyed a wide variety of fine dining style dishes over the week that we stayed. Within a couple of days of our stay we were given a feedback form to fill out to make sure that everything was to our satisfaction; which I thought was a nice touch. We made a couple of comments, ie that I really liked mango and that I'd like diet coke in the room, and every day after that they were both delivered. They also surprised us with a bubble bath with rose petals one night along with a bottle of sparkling wine. (...)
