Péreybère Beachside Apartment - Price Conditions:
- A valid Mauritian National Identity Card or residence permit should be presented upon check-in. Failure to do so will entitle the property to charge the current public rate.
- The whole stay and all guests of the same booking must be booked on the same plan basis.
Property Policies

- Non smoking accommodation. Areas such as common balcony will be designated for smoking and a fine will be charged in case of non-compliance
- No visitors allowed except with the permission of management.
- The property has a zero-tolerance policy for noise. Parties are not allowed.

- Guests are NOT allowed to use cooking and frying utensils. Gas stove and cooking are prohibited and guests are not allowed to bring their own. A fine will be charged in case of non-compliance

Nice apartment. Spacious appartments with bedroom, kitchenette and living room. A small balcony (if not choosing a penthouse, because then you have your own jacuzzi on it). A small pool, not that much space. Hotel is just beside a grossery store where you can get all what you need. Walking distance to public beach.

It was clean and well looked after. The staff were amazing and nothing was too much. I would definitely recommend this property. The walk to the beach is 5 minutes. There are fantastic local resturants nearby.

The location was the very best thing about this hotel. About 150 m to two different beaches. We lived in a large apartment at the top. It was very spacious and worked great for a family of five. The sea view was wonderful. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. Another advantage is the proximity to the large grocery store (located in the same building). Only real grocery store in the whole village. The pool is not that big but performs well.
