Parasailing at Ile Aux Cerfs Package Description
Enjoy the experience of soaring high in the sky and having a spectacular view over the gorgeous island and the turquoise sea. Deals.mu provides you with the wonderful opportunity of performing this thrilling activity in a secure way.
Starting by meeting up at “Sea & Sun” kiosk on Ile on Cerfs, from where a sales representative will escort you to the embarkation point on the beach. A dedicated shuttle boat (a state of the art Resicraft 25ft.) will transfer you to the nearby platform, situated a short 5-minutes ride away, between Ile Aux Mangénies and the Coral Reef.
You will be greeted by our highly qualified and experienced team on the secure parasailing platform, fully licensed by the Tourism Authority, for a quick and complete safety briefing before the activity.
As soon as the briefing is done, it will be time for you to be equipped with your harness and life-jacket; smile for the camera and let the fun begin! You will enjoy an exhilarating flight of 5 minutes, above one of the world’s most sought after lagoon with incredible bird’s eye view on the tropical islands and their beautiful coastal landscapes.
About half an hour after getting back to the kiosk, you will be dropped off on the Ile Aux Cerfs beach with stars in your eyes and delightful stories to tell!
Parasailing is a highly thrilling activity that is accessible and extremely safe for the whole family.
Parasailing, also known as parascending, is an activity where a person is towed behind a boat while attached to a specially designed parachute, known as a parasail. The boat then drives off, carrying the parascender into the air. If the boat is powerful enough, two or three people can parasail behind it at the same time.
It is also optional to do a "touch and go", which means that on the way down, instead of just reeling back onto the boat, you will fly for a while above the ocean and then be lower down for a dip in the sea before going up again while enjoying a very refreshing plunge.
