Amazing service, beautiful location, clean and comfortable! Liked · Staff were very friendly and helpful. Every effort was made to make our stay comfortable (especially because I am pregnant). The boat house staff were particularly helpful and accommodating, as were the waiters at the a la carte restaurants. The beach is beautiful and the option of a heated pool (although not very hot) was great when the weather was a bit cool. Disliked · The bathroom fixtures were a little old and we had some issues with hot water. But the staff made every effort to solve the issue for us. The food at the standard buffet dinner was nice but not amazing.

On check out, I was told to return the towels I left in my room to be able to do the check out. So I had to walk all the way back to my room. Couldn't get in as well as check out time was over.

The wifi was excellent , even in the beach, the rooms were large, modern decorated and very clean, we had a terrace with the view into the swimming pool. They have private beach, it was very clean and with a lot of facilities free of charge. The staff was very friendly, their services were perfect. The food selection was excellent, the choice of the restaurants for a dinner was fab with the great food. Disliked · The SPA could be better, the specialist skills were good, bet they have to improve the environment, it was cold and oil not perfumed.

A paradise hotel on a paradise island Liked · Junior Suite is a real treat with its jacuzzi overlooking the Indian ocean. The suite was really clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfasts, lunches and dinners are varied and with some great choices. Drink bars serve some really good stuff - be it with alcohol or not. Beach is crystal clear and the hotel offers a variety of water activities. Staff is very helpful and should you have any questions or problems, everybody is keen to help you. Disliked · Be sure to book your a la carte restaurants and activities WELL in advance, since they quickly become fully booked, and though you theoretically can freely book them - you are really limited by their capacity.
