Lifefitness Gym Package Conditions
- Monday to Friday – 6.00 am to 10.00 pm
- Saturday – 8.00 am to 6.00 pm
- Sunday & Public Holidays – 8.00 am to 12.00 pm
- The Lifefitness 1month Gym Package is valid for 1 month from the date of Entry and can be renewed every 1 month.
What to bring: We suggest bringing your sports wear, sports shoes, towels, and water.
Children as from 6 years can join in the Gym with their parents' consent.
If you suffer any medical conditions such as heart problem or asthma, please seek advice from your health provider before joining the Gym.
Even though exercise is considered to be beneficial for pregnant women, yet it is important to seek medical advice before joining.
As a member of the gym, you will have the opportunity to get trained by experienced trainers and take the chance to join interesting classes and enjoy all the facilities offered by the gm to make you sweat and burn those unwanted calories!
