Food is a highlight, with an open kitchen and indoor-outdoor restaurant with a daily changing menu that features local produce and authentic specialties such as chicken and shrimp curry and fish wrapped in a banana leaf.

On the buffet: Coffee, espresso, tea, chocolate, fresh fruit juice, house-made bread, house-made jam, butter, cheese, cereals, fruits, cakes and tarts, eggs from the village of Chamarel, bacon, tomato.
- For the late ‘risers’, even if the buffet is closed a ‘late’ continental breakfast can be arranged!
There’s a choice of ‘à la Carte’ with different Salads, local dishes, fresh pasta, grilled fish, sandwiches or Lakaz can prepare lunch on request as well.
Dinner is served from 19h30. It includes an appetizer and a choice of menu with 2 starters, 2 main courses, desert. Lakaz also offers „à la Carte‟ dinner menu Buffets are proposed sometimes if the weather allows it.
