Product Availability

How do I know if the hotel / overnight package is available for me to book?

On the main accommodation page you can easily check availability for all the overnight packages by entering the desired check-in and check-out date. Our system will then check and provide you with all the properties available during your desired period of stay. In case you are already on the hotel/ property page, you will find all the availability details on the booking calendar seeing which dates are available and which ones not.

How do I know if a spa and/or activity deal is available?

For Spa and Activities you can either select a preferred calendar date (on the booking calendar of the product) or a booking voucher with a defined validity period. This means that you are not limited to a specific date and can book the spa / activities on any date and time – whichever period suits you best since availability is never an issue. But, you can always contact us and re-confirm the availability of the selected package.

I need help with my booking, what should I do?

We’ve made sure to include a lot of helpful information on our website - you will find answers to a lot of questions and various pages to assist you such as the FAQ page, How to order, info on the Loyalty Program and many others. But in case you are not able to find the information you need, simply contact us and we will surely help out.

What should I do if I cannot find any answer to my question?

No problem, just contact us and we will do our maximum to assist. You can call us (269 1500), WhatsApp us (52566138), chat with us, ask for a call back or email us... there are so many ways for you to reach us and for us to help you.

Do you have an office I can visit?

Yes. Our office is situated on the 1st Floor, Block D1, Grand Baie La Croisette 30517, Grand Baie. You are welcome to visit us during our office operating hours.

How to order on

We’ve made it as easy as possible for you to get your weekend break, dinner at your favourite restaurant or explore the island with one of our activities- all you need to do is follow the below steps and your booking will be completed in no time!

  1. From the home page select either Accommodation, Day Packages, Activities, Spa, Restaurant, Rodrigues, Events or Special Offers
  2. Select your package details/ options - either room type, check in and check out date or number of participants
  3. Log-in or Create an Account
  4. Review your order and click on "Confirm Booking" or if you are interested in something else simply "Continue shopping"
  5. Select a form of Payment and continue

How can I pay via the website?

We offer maximum flexibility in regards to the payment method - you can pay using your credit card (Mastercard, Visa, Amex), with MCB Juice, by bank transfer, direct bank deposit or even cash in our office.

Is my payment secure? How do I know if it’s safe?

All payments are done via the MCB Bank online payment system which is very secure as per the strictest international standards. None of the credit card details are received or kept by our company.

How do I pay if I don't have a credit card?

In case you don't have a credit card, you can still pay with MCB Juice or by bank transfer. In case you don't have a bank account at all, you can then still pay by a cash payment in our office.

Loyalty Program

What is the Loyalty Program?

The Loyalty Program, which is 100% Free, gives you the opportunity to earn many great rewards when you use and/or book deals via the website.

What are the benefits of the Loyalty Program?

You earn more points than any other loyalty program in Mauritius, which you can then redeem for cash discounts. You also benefit from free room upgrades, late check-out, complimentary cinema tickets, 50% Bonus cash rewards and many more.

How can I join the Loyalty Program?

Simply register on and you become a loyalty program member automatically.

Reward Points

What are the Points / Reward Points?

On each deal page you will find details on the points you will earn by completing the booking for that deal.

How can I Earn Points?

You can earn points by Booking on, Subscribing to the newsletter, Sharing posts, Receiving Coupons and just by celebrating your birthday and receiving a gift from us - there are so many ways for you to be rewarded!

How can I Redeem Points?

You can redeem your Reward Points for a Cash Discount when completing a purchase online on On the Checkout page, simply select how many points you would to redeem and the Cash Discount will be applied automatically.

Price Discounts

Are the prices here discounted?

Yes. When you make your booking through our website, you will benefit from a discounted price on all offers- so you would be sure to pay the lowest price available anywhere in Mauritius for any deal.

How much do I save by booking on

It depends on the deal. Sometimes there are big promos and flash offers, so you can save up to 50% off the regular price. While in other cases you can save 10-20%. Regardless though, you are sure to save a significant amount when booking via

Can I get an even bigger discount?

All the rates on the website are already special discounted rates. With that, for groups and big bookings we would do the very maximum to offer you any additional discounts, upgrades or gifts.

Fees & Charges

Is there a booking service charge or payment fee or any other fee? is the only platform which DOES NOT charge any service fee, credit card fee, payment processing fee or any other fee. All the prices on the website includes VAT, so you pay what you see.

Do you charge me a fee in case I need to change my bookings?

We do our best to amend booking dates and booking specifications for the benefit of our customers and doing so without any fee or charge. But, in some instances it would depend on our partners and on their terms and conditions. So, it might happen that our partner will charge a minimal fee.
