Enjoy a memorable adventure with Deals.mu’s Full day hiking trip at Tamarind Falls.

Your day will begin at 08h30 with a short briefing and introduction to the equipment you will be using throughout the day.

Now time for the real adventure as you advance through this adventurous and wild forest environment crossing through rocky paths, thick vegetation as well as many streams and rivers.

You will come face to face with a number of waterfalls along the way ranging from 10 to 55 meters in heights. The clear waters running through the volcanic pools become so irresistible that you will not be able to resist the urge to take a dip or perhaps an amazing water massage beneath a waterfall. The Hike ends above the big 55meters waterfall with its marvelous view, over the green canyon.

Looking back to the first waterfall, you will get a better idea of how high these magnificent waterfalls really are. Of course, all this active time will build up your appetite, so what else to do than to enjoy a delicious picnic lunch in nature.

The full day trip will end around 15:30, giving you enough time to enjoy the view and to relax.

Age Restrictions 12 years old and above (must be accompanied by at least one parent).

Health restrictions: Participants must be physically and mentally fit to be able to perform this activity.

• Activity operational times: All year round
• The track - The trip does not have a marked out nor a fitted out path; it will often be necessary to progress between blocks, to cross rivers and to go down hills with the help of guavas trees. Rest assured that your guides are familiar with the environment and will lead you through the hike safely.
• The swim - The possibility to swim will be determined if and where or if not due to weather conditions; on the day itself by the guides.

It is recommended to bring hiking shoes, bathing suits, towels, sunscreen and mosquito repellent, Waterproofed Camera (camera cover) and spare set of clothes.

• It is strongly advised to have a big healthy breakfast on the day of your trip.
• Avoid eating oily or processed snacks during your hike.
• Be sure to drink a lot of water to keep yourself hydrated.
• Be sure to use necessary straps or braces in case of weak joints, ligaments or previous injuries.
