This Bain Bœuf location is literally 150metres from the ocean's edge and walking distance to restaurants, shops and to Pereybere. Fabulously clean and modern property. Well serviced and maintained in every aspect from gardens to pool from security to on call concierge. Our apartment was very well equipped with plenty of glassware crockery and had a dishwasher,washing machine and all mod cons as well. BUT the highlight for us were the bedroom pillows ! OMG they were made of fluffy clouds! We had the best sleep on them and if the owner reads this, please let us know where we can get them or what the filling was in them!! Overall it was a great find and can highly recommend it. Veronique & Linus

These 2 bedroom units are good value as well as being new and extremely clean, however, we only received housekeeping for 10 days of our 13 day stay which meant me washing our linen and beach towels, we were also informed on check in that we need to wash our own dishes after being told the units are fully serviced . The gym in the complex needs a good clean otherwise a great stay.

Nice and modern apartment. Safe parking. Must have your own car. Apartment was regularly cleaned. Good wifi. Nice swimming pool. Good A/c. The location is good, but it will be difficult to explore the island and area without a car. Easy to communicate with the property management. Beach towels are provided which is very convenient for a self-catering place. Modern appliances.

Excellent complex , Close to the best beaches and fantastic quiet location . Walking distance to grand baie centre. Secure complex with security Close to shopping centre . Pool and basic cardio room with good equipment . Very affordable.
