Meal Package details:
- Menu Options: Cruz catering provides 3 buffets options that you can choose from these are Buffet Menu A / Menu B / Menu C.
- Menu Details: all buffet menu consists of selection of snacks, starters buffet, main course buffer and dessert/s.
- Drinks: Welcome cocktail, water, juice, soft drinks, beers and selection of additional drinks may be provided at an additional cost.
- Days Available: Monday to Sunday
- Reservation: Required at least 5 days in advance & subject to availability
- Minimum order of 20 pax required!
- A valid Mauritian National Identity Card or resident permit should be presented when booking the catering service.
Buffet Menu A
- Snacks (2 pieces per person) : Mushroom vols aux vent, cheese samoussa, skewer fish surprise, shrimp coated chicken
- Starters: Pasta salad with chicken, multiple vegetables salad
- Main course: Chicken cacciatore, fish provencal, vegetable chop soy, saffron rice
- Dessert: Fruit tarts, coconut delight
Buffet Menu B
- Snacks (2 pieces per person) : Vegetable spring rolls, Vegetable quiche, chicken satay, seafood vols aux vent
- Starters: caesar salad with smoked chicken, coleshaw, multiple vegetables salad
- Main course: Chicken stew with saffron, fish pane with black beans, vegetables ratatouille, rice cooked with herbs
- Dessert: Tiramisu
Buffet Menu C
- Snacks (2 pieces per person): Vegetable spring rolls, chicken and mushroom quiche, skewer chicken surprise, tomato and mozzarella cuiliere
