Unlimited All Inclusive Aqua Fun at Aqualand - Maritim Crystals Beach Hotel - Conditions:

• Guests do not have access to the hotel
• 1 child under 12 years old eats and drinks for free.
• A valid Mauritian National Identity Card or residence permit should be presented upon check-in by all guests. Failure to do so will entitle the Hotel to charge the current public rate.
• Booking confirmation voucher or receipt should be printed & presented upon check in. Failure to do so will result in denied access to the hotel
• Reservation is required 72 Hours in advance by phone & is subject to availability.
• Price may vary between days, months and seasons (See Calendar for price for specific date)

Additional Note:

• Minors should be accompanied by a paying Adult.
• Beach Towels are provided upon deposit of Rs 500 per towel - money will be refunded when towels are brought back.
• Policies of hotel must be followed, if not, hotel has right to ask you to leave, no refund will be given
• Alcoholic drinks are strictly forbidden at Aqualand.
• No Pork is served in the restaurants. Vegetarian Options are available & Specific vegetarian food like Jain food or allergist should be requested or enquired 48 hours prior.
• Complaints: If a customer is to file a complaint, it is valid if filed with the merchant prior to Check-out.

As per the Deals.mu

ALL clients should be fully vaccinated (2 doses or 1 dose for Johnson & Johnson) in order to be recognized by the Mauritian authorities as vaccinated. Vaccination card and ID card are compulsory, and must be presented at reception counter upon arrival.

As from 19th February 2022, it is compulsory that guests must have 2 doses (or 1 dose for Johnson & Johnson) & 1 booster dose to gain access in the hotel premises.

All non-vaccinated guests will not be allowed access to hotels unless a proof of medical exemption is provided or a negative PCR test (not older than 72 hours) is provided subject to the prior approval of hotel's management to be obtained via Deals.mu.

Children under 12 years old are currently exempted from vaccination at this time. They will be allowed to stay in the same hotel if accompanied by their parents or a relative (adult) who is fully vaccinated. However, they will need to undergo an antigen test prior to check-in.

Unvaccinated Guests, Invalid Vaccination Cards, failure to comply with Government Regulations, or similar will result in guests being denied check-in at the property. Deals.mu will offer no refunds for issues at the fault of the customer.
