- A valid Mauritian National Identity Card or residence permit should be presented upon check-in. Failure to do so will entitle the Hotel to charge the current public rate.

A Safe Stay
As from 19th February 2022, guests must have 2 doses AND 1 booster dose (or 1 dose + booster for Johnson & Johnson) to gain access to the hotel / premises. Vaccination card and ID card are compulsory, and must be presented at the reception counter upon arrival.
All non-vaccinated guests will not be allowed access to hotels unless a proof of medical exemption is provided or a negative PCR test (not older than 72 hours) is provided subject to the prior approval of hotel's management to be obtained via Deals.mu.
Children under 12 years old are currently exempted from vaccination at this time. They will be allowed to stay in the same hotel if accompanied by their parents or a relative (adult) who is fully vaccinated. However, they will need to undergo an antigen test prior to check-in.
Unvaccinated Guests, Invalid Vaccination Cards, failure to comply with Government Regulations, or similar will result in guests being denied check-in at the property. Deals.mu will offer no refunds for issues at the fault of the customer.

This hotel is located at the beautiful beach at tbe Turtle Bay. The staff is warm an welcoming and the area where the hotel is located in is just superb, you can experience a waterfall, ancient ruins and tortoises within the ground of the hotel. I also like to mention the botanic garden of the hotel which was just beautiful and the workers are taking good care of it. The beach of the hotel was also great to go snorkeling just 5 to 10 meters away you will see the first coral fish. It is just great also for people who seek to do other activities on water such as riding on a boat to experience the underwater life trough glass on the bottom. The food at the buffet restaurant was also great and had a different theme everyday such as specialities from india, Mauritius or Europe.

The bar serves drinks and cocktails whilst the restaurant is buffet style but no touch due to covid and the menu was interesting and tasty. The staff were warm and accommodating. Must see are the ruins, the old mill and the chateau! The tortoises and stables are also an interesting visit! There are random protocols due to covid like no music in the bar area but yet was some in the restaurant but otherwise a nice! (...)

The restaurants on the resort are plenty but you must book in advance. We were disappointed not to go to the BBQ restaurant as it was under renovation? in high season? The hotels grounds are beautifully kept and wonderful to meander through. A great plus point is all the various free activities to do like the water sports, archery, feeding giant tortoises etc. (…)
