Conditions
Coral Apartments - Conditions:
- Bookings cannot be postponed.
- Rates may vary by date and are subject to availability.
- All Rooms are non-smoking.
- Property is rented for the number of people indicated at the time of booking.
- Clients are not allowed to have any guests - sleeping over or on the premises. This is to ensure the privacy and comfort of other clients.
- Any damages caused by the client to the apartment or the contents within the flats will be at the cost of the client. The air-conditioning must be off and taps properly closed when you leave the apartment.
- Clients may be asked to leave without compensation or refund should they not comply with the terms and conditions of the property.
- If customer fails to declare a child or book wrong age group, additional charges may be required on arrival.
- A valid Mauritian National Identity Card or residence permit should be presented upon check-in. Failure to do so will entitle the Hotel to charge the current public rate.
- The whole stay and all guests of the same booking must be booked on the same plan basis.
- Once a booking is confirmed, there are no refunds or cancellations.
- No-shows: Clients will be charged total rate; no refunds, rescheduling, or re-booking allowed.
- Music is permitted inside the appartments until 22:00, as long as it does not disturb other tenants.
- Friends gatherings and parties are strictly prohibited in the apartments.
- In case of water service interruptions due to external events, Coral Apartments may switch off water between 23:00 and 06:00 to ensure an adequate supply and guests will be informed accordingly.
- All clients must comply with the Terms & Conditions as per the document in their apartments.

Small comfortable set of apartments. Discovered too late that the light on the porch was out... we had a BBQ there anyway. The apartment was clean, and there was a small, common swimming pool. There was ample parking space (including a garage dedicated for each apartment) and the apartment itself was not cramped. Awarding them 4 stars. They do come quite close to 5 stars. Had the place been slightly larger and more luxurious I'd have given them a perfect score. Affordable and adequate. I will visit again and recommend the place to friends/family.

A really wonderful hotel with variety to choose from apartments with 3 rooms to single rooms and even nicer studios having balconies with great views. A medium-sized swimming pool is also added so you can really relax while spending either the night or the entire weekend there.

We really appreciated our stay at Coral Apartments. We were a group of almost 30 persons, and we had a warm welcome and our stay was a really pleasant one. The owner, Michael, did all his best to let us have an unforgettable one and for sure, we recommend this place. You even have the facility of food delivery for lunch and you can continue enjoying the pool and the surroundings.

I really liked the place. The villas are well maintain and beautiful. AIESEC MAURITIUS had its National conference there and we enjoyed a lot. It is a very peaceful area, perfect for a family weekend. Friendly staff. I recommend this place...Enjoy yourself.
