Mauritian ID card or Resident permit must be shown upon arrival
The use of cell phones, cigarettes and alcohol is prohibited.
Spa treatments are not open to unaccompanied customers under 15 years old.

Once full payment is received, customer must call spa directly to make reservation.
Treatment date and time is subject to availability so act and pay fast (First come First serve).

Booking & Reservation

Your booking will be processed depending on the preferred date or as an open spa voucher (valid for 90 days)
Once payment is completed, a Booking Confirmation will be sent by email. Reservation is not finalised until payment is complete. Please allow 24 hours for your booking to process.

Calendar Date Booking

Should the date not be available, an alternate date will be proposed by the spa.
In the rare event that your preferred date is not available, Deals.mu will offer you an alternate option or you can choose to redeem your spa voucher within 90 days.

Booking Voucher

Spa Vouchers are immediately confirmed and are valid for any date within 90 days of purchase.
Reservation requests can be done either via the Deals.mu customer service team or directly with the service provider (their details will appear on the booking confirmation)

All guests over the age of 18 must be vaccinated and Proof of vaccination for ALL guests should be presented. Guests under 18 years old are currently exempted from vaccination at this time but ALL ADULTS, including accompanying adults in a group booking must be vaccinated. Unvaccinated Guests, Invalid Vaccination Cards, failure to comply with Government Regulations, or similar will result in guests being denied check-in at the property. Deals.mu will offer no refunds for issues at the fault of the customer.
