Villa Cambier Price Conditions:

• A valid Mauritian National Identity Card or residence permit should be presented upon check-in. Failure to do so will result in the hotel charging the current public rate.
• Bookings made more than 15 days prior to check-in are subject to Price Change or Cancellation.
• Price may vary between days, months and seasons (See Calendar for price for specific date)

• A security deposit of Rs 20,000 is required upon check-in. This may be deducted from the latter within 30 days of departure against any breakages, excessive cleaning or loss to property. Should the value of broken items exceed the security deposit, The Company reserves the right to claim any excess to the guest.
• Early check-ins and late check-outs can be secured against a supplement, except during PEAK season (22 Dec - 09 Jan), where the supplement is equivalent to the cost of one (1) full night.

Child Policy at Villa Cambier:

• Children of all ages are accepted with prior arrangement and must be mentioned at time of booking.
• Children up to 2 years old inclusive: Cot provided in room upon request.
• Children as from 3 years old: No extra bed provided (counts towards the total number of pax).

Cancellation Policy at Villa Cambier:

ALL YEAR ROUND EXCEPT PEAK SEASON

• Less than 7 days prior to guest’s arrival = 100% cancellation fee will be charged.
• 15 to 7 days prior to guest’s arrival = 50% cancellation fee will be charged.
