Exceptional Liked · Very comfortable, beach style rooms. Very friendly, attentive and welcoming staff - nothing is too much and all go above and beyond to keep you comfortable. Great food and cocktails especially the homemade rum, amazing massage in the spa.

The first thing you notice upon your arrival to this hotel, is how welcoming and hospitable every member of the staff is. You really feel pampered from the get go. They have a nice restaurant, spa, and beach. Their facilities in general are very good and well-kept. I had a little maintenance issue, and usually this would be considered as a negative thing, but it always depends on how the facility management reacts to your inconvenience. In the case of Seapoint Hotel, their reaction showed how much they care about the comfort, indulgence, and satisfaction of their guests. Great management leading great staff. We really enjoyed our stay in this property. Disliked · The beach is a little bit smaller than what we expected, but it is nice and clean.

Liked · Seapoint Boutique hotel is the ideal place to relax and enjoy the beauty of Mauritius in couple, solo or as friends. Far from large industrial hotels, this place offers a high level of service, charm in great calm and peace. With the ultimate attention to satisfy customers, the entire staff: from welcome desk, to bar and restaurant up to Spa and managers - is simply fantastic and made my stay memorable. Rooms are very confortable and hotel facilities very appropriate for a relaxing stay. I wish you the same ! Disliked · A bit more variety at breakfast. But that is a minor point.

Everything! the team here are warm, friendly and attentive, always willing to help and provide you with the best experience you could possibly want. The location is great, the property well designed and the room had all the things you would want (I was kindly given an upgrade upon arrival from a double deluxe room to a suite - I was very impressed!). The food is exquisite, the cocktails weren't bad either ;-)

We liked the small size and therefore boutique feeling, the staff who truly tried to make our stay as best as they could, the food, the special little things such as the ‘towel friends’. .. Disliked · I’m thinking hard. Maybe smth different to add each day to the breakfast buffet as a suggestion. But really a suggestion, food was good.
