- A valid Mauritian National Identity Card or residence permit should be presented upon check-in. Failure to do so will result in the hotel charging the current public rate.

- Please note that some of Hotel Riu Créole’s facilities (theatre, nightclub & snack bar) will not be available due to COVID19’s protocols.

Enjoy 3 theme parties centered around music: Local Awakening,The White Night and RIU Pool and Foam Party to make you party till you drop. An incredible lineup of your favorite local artists is awaiting you: Blakkayo and Band, DJ Gyo, ZULU Ek So TRIBU, DJ Gerald, DJ Laurent Pirre Richard (DJ LP) and the resident DJ of RIU Créole, DJ ELZO who will bring the night to life.
Blakkayo
He started out as a dancer in the 90s and was inevitably attracted to music and reggae in particular. Inspired by Kaya, the inventor of seggae, Blakkayo started writing his own music and went on to release his first solo album Tchek To Life in 2000 which got enormous success. The following year, the musician and his group, which later became known as Otentikk Street Brothers (OSB CREW) released an album Nou Kila as a heartfelt tribute to Kaya.
Zulu
Having co-founded the group Blackmen Bluz in 2008, Zulu and the group’s debut album "Acoustica" was released in 2009 with the title "Gabriella" which made them stand out to the Mauritian public. They went on to release hit after hit and conquered the hearts of Mauritians with their unique music. Zulu eventually released his first solo album in 2013 which became the best album of the year and his title track ‘La Métisse” was awarded best song of the year.
DJ LP
Taking in influences from all corners, Lp's passion is DJing in all its forms. Lp's set covers all genres from deep, sexy, latin, afro, funky and soulful flavours, to create a signature sound that has seen him take on all the major clubs and bars in Australia & Mauritius.
DJ Gyo
Since a young age , Gyovani Permal aka DJ Gyo was always passionate about music (house and electro) and was a big fan of some well known DJs such as David Guetta, Bob Sinclar, Alex Gaudino, etc . At 15 years old, he started DJing in some birthday parties ,friends’ parties, Mountain Dew Skate Tour and this is where he found his vocation. The young party guy carried on playing and making a name for himself, eventually turning out to be one of the hottest DJs of Mauritius.
