Marguery Villas- Price Conditions

  • A valid Mauritian National Identity Card or residence permit should be presented upon check-in. Failure to do so will entitle the Hotel to charge the current public rate.
  • The whole stay and all guests of the same booking must be booked on the same plan basis
  • Note: A deposit of Rs 15,000 is required by credit card. If no damage is found upon inspection at check out, the deposit will be released.
  • Kindly note that if you are booking more than 2 Villas, it is the client's responsibility to call us on 269-1500 to confirm the availability.

  • Villas are non-smoking. Please use the outdoor areas to smoke.
  • The property has a zero-tolerance policy for noise . Parties with music are strictly forbidden. Noise levels must be as per the permissible limits of the Tourism Act (Section 25A)
  • A maximum of 2 vehicles can be kept at the property
