I Spa gyms welcome local residents, too, who can look at more long-term fitness regimes. I Spa’s Group Classes’ schedule at The Address, Hennessy and Le Suffren hotels offers a remarkably varied selection for regular clients and guests, from gentle stretching, yoga and aerobics to high energy Zumba, aqua fitness and squash. The popularity of these classes means you must book in advance. Join your fellow fitness lovers, morning or evening, on a circuit cardio, Tabata, Insanity high intensity with plyometrics or a Pilates session with the experienced trainers. Get killer abs and work up a sweat in Boot Camp – or why not try something new? Bossy Balance and Express Drills sound good!
FITNESS EVENTS
Who says keeping fit can’t be fun? And feeling good has never looked so great! I Spa’s one-off fitness events are organised throughout the year by the team as a cool and enjoyable way to work out. Join a quick and intense HIIT session to get your heart pounding, get moving at an inspired Zumba dance party or get together with your friends and colleagues at a Fitfun Party at the Hennessy. You’ll be surprised at how much fun you have! The open-air gym pumps with great music, Zumba, aerobics, stretching and more, and a great day is rounded off with healthy cocktails and a delicious finger buffet.
TENNIS
The Address tennis court is open from 7:00am to 9:00pm every day. Book practice sessions or lessons for
kids and adults with the private coaches – free lessons for members’ kids on Saturday mornings! The court has
overhead lighting, so it is perfect to meet up with friends<
