Those wishing to have a memorable dinner are sure to enjoy a unique dinner experience having a dedicated chef at their disposal and the restaurant may be reserved exclusively for the guests to keep feeling like you are your own with your precious one. Tea tasting After a walk around the museum and factory, the next on the list is tea tasting, which is inclusive of the visit price. You will drive to the factory café near the restaurant where you get to taste all types of teas that you want. You can purchase waffles or pancakes to eat with the tea if you wish.

If you choose to spend your time at the bubble lodge it is because you want to spend as much time as possible in your bubble! The entertainment would be with what you have around you. THE NATURE! How often do you get to live like a modern-day Robinson Crusoe? Even though the lodge makes you feel like you are disconnected from the whole world, which is its primary purpose, it does not mean you get to be entertained! This stay is everything about nature. For your entertainment, you are invited to visit the tea museum and the tea plantation. Learn and understand how that place came to be. And to feel closer to mother nature, entertainment comes to your bubble in the form of java deers you can pet and feed, watch strolling around as you bask in this marvelous place.

The lodge is individually-designed to reflect the landscape outside which offers an intimate experience of nature – drifting clouds, the night sky, animal sounds and the dawn chorus. This unique accommodation is settled around the Lake, in the intimacy of the endemic trees of Mauritius to live a privileged experience with nature. The Bois Chéri Restaurant offers panoramic views of the south coast of the island.

Tea Factory Aside from the great landscape, the Bois Cheri Tea Factory represents an important piece of local history. You will be able to see the machinery in action if the production is ongoing. The tea production starts in the morning. So probably the best time to visit is in the morning hours. The factory isn’t that huge, but it is interesting to see the process for the manufacture of tea. They produce both green and black tea, but their signature tea is vanilla tea.

Stargazing Set right in the middle of a tea plantation overlooking thick jungles, a sparkling lake, and lush mountains, are four luxurious, eco-friendly, and completely transparent (obviously!), bubble rooms designed to give you the best stargazing experience you could ever ask for! An astronomer will be there to guide you and help you identify the various stars and constellations like the Pegasus, Southern Cross, and the Milky Way.
